Real Estate Valuer Job in Kenya

A real estate company looking for an experienced real estate professional to fill the position of a Valuer. 

The candidate should be a self-driven, aggressive, result-oriented and able to deliver timely with tight deadlines

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Valuer, the successful candidate will be required to market valuation services and carry out valuations and other real estate consultancy services as per clients’ instructions and within the professional code of ethics
 

 

Job Description

• Marketing valuation and other company services


• Undertaking property valuation and other real estate consultancy services as per clients’ instructions


• Ensuring valuation fees for the jobs undertaken are promptly collected and properly accounted


• Ensuring targets and timelines are met, reports are of good quality and clients are satisfied

Expected Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in real estate or its equivalent


• Associate Member Institute of Surveyors of Kenya

Experience & General Competencies:

• A minimum of Three (3) years work experience.


• Analytical Skills


• Marketing Skills


• Good communication skills
