Our client in dairy industry is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant to join their dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, take notes or dictation at meetings or provide general assistance during presentations and meetings.
- Attending to visitors at all levels of seniority, organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for the CEO.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Organizing events and conferences
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Academic qualification, Experience & Personal Attributes:
- Minimum Diploma/HND in: Business Administration, Management and Secretarial studies.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to research, digest, analyses and present material clearly and concisely;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Honest and reliable.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
