SENIOR REGISTERED CLINICAL OFFICER- PSYCHOLOGIST, JOB GROUP ‘CPSB 08’ (L) ONE (1) POST- Re-Advertisement

Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable

Qualifications

• Be a Kenyan Citizen;


• Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery;


• Higher diploma in Psychology;


• Be registered by Clinical Officers Council;


• Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience;


• Registered by the Kenya Clinical Officers Council; and


• Possession a valid practice license.

Responsibilities

• Provision of psychology and mental health services to patients in the outpatient department using current guidelines and protocols;


• Provision of psychological assessment and services to staff;


• Giving continuous medical education on a regular basis;


• Undertake requisite professional development activities; and


• Performing any other duty as may be assigned.

Salary Scale:

The salary, allowances and other benefits attached to the above positions will be as determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
