Sales Executive at Reputable Company

Our client in the packaging manufacturing industry is looking for passionate sales executives with proven experience in a similar industry. Reporting to the operations manager.

Qualifications

• Experience; Minimum 2 years in a similar role.


• Education; Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business or equivalent.


• Location; Thika


• Salary; 20,000 Kshs Retainer, 10,000 Kshs facilitation plus commission.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue sales leads and manage existing clients.


• Promote all company’s products and programs through telesales and telemarketing.


• Meet sales targets and maintain sales reports.


• Analyze market and consumer trends.


• Create and deliver presentations tailored to clients.


• Carry out debt collection from non-performing activities.


• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.

Skills

• Understanding of sales process and dynamics.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good negotiation and closing skills.


• Microsoft applications competent
