Job Summary
You will be the first level support to the Service Sales function, follow and execute the wing to wing Inquiry to Order process. You’ll analyze sales market data, receiving customer requests, prepare the quotes, contracts, and coordination of all customer queries. You will support the commercial operations leader in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and other activities related to driving growth by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Partnership with Service Sales Team and jointly responsible to drive the topline of the region
- Prepare quotes for non-contract services and follow-up until invoiced and booked
- Prepare proposals and service contract drafts
- Follow policy 5.0/6.0 and score process for non-standard/deviations from country standard T&C’s from raising in system to approval and closure
- Support svc sales team in commercial initiatives ($0/ leads program etc.)
- Support with non-contract and contract quotes/proposal funnel for svc sales team follow up
- Support Service Sales team in all customer requirements within the Service sales scope (proforma invoice in co-ordination with bus-ops team, Know Your Customer etc.)
- Ensure prompt customer support for all contract and non-contract administrative related questions
- Follow QA processes including proper original and digital archiving of Contract and Non-contract documentation (proposal, tenders, signed contract, etc.)
- Identify and upload opportunities in Sales Force tool (SFDC) and update the opportunity execution status as needed
- Accountable for service sales bowler KPIs Capture Base (CR), Point of Sale (POS), Warranty Conversion, Renewal Rate, zero IB) through providing reporting and analysis to enable the team to execute on clear actions
- Drive SII (next year plan) Install Base Out of Warranty (IBOW) process in the Local Customer Team (LCT) by providing Install Base (IB) data, challenging numbers and making sure regions are having sustainable growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
- At least 3 year of experience
- Ability to work independently, takes initiative to make things happen, identifies what needs to be done and does it
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to influence others
