Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya. Our client, an automotive company in Nairobi is looking for a Car parts Manager.
Summary
Sales and marketing Executives will be in charge of recruiting new members and generation of new business from the existing members
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing the various products and services of the SACCO through Prospecting, Sales presentations and telesales, Representing the SACCO in exhibitions, conferences and any other forums while creating, maintaining and improving the SACCO market niche and image
- Coming up with better marketing strategies in order to increase the members base
- Provide customer service to Members to ensure their satisfaction
- Daily reports on your portfolio including any challenges and recommendations
- Come up with creative ways on how well to satisfy Members
- Managing a portfolio of Sales accounts
- Development of a monthly sales plan
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to get new members
- Attending training with other members of the account team to align with emerging sales trends.
- Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken generate new sales
- Building a ‘territory’ and a client base
- Achieving sales targets
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives.
- Attending client meetings
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing Members
- Completing sales administrative work.
- Making sales reports
Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in any business related subject
- 3 years’ experience in sales and Marketing in the Sacco set up
- Self-motivation
- Integrity
- Ability to reflect on one’s own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions
- Business acumen and interest
- Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Team player
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT
- Analytical ability
