Today, Melvins Teas serves millions of cups a year. The product base has expanded to include lines; not only flavored teas but herbal and fruit infusions including green, orthodox and purple tea.
1. Achieve product availability targets:
- a) Identify and negotiate listing in HORECA’s
- b) Enhance product accessibility
- c) Ensure all HORECA’s are serviced as per agreement
2. Collaborate with marketing team in
- a) Developing an understanding of product knowledge satisfaction promotional initiatives, pricing, placement and distribution.
- b) Identifying and negotiating plan and execute activation opportunities such as tasting with customers
3. Meet sales targets:
- a) Properly manage sales targets frequency and timeframes
- b) Leverage HoReCa network to help influence sale
Timely debts collection from customers.
