Position Overview


The Associate reports to the CEO. He or she provides general support for company operations, including managing mental health provider and insurer documentation and billing. The Associate also supports client operations, including maintaining a database of client leads, maintaining client records, and processing invoices and payments. This is a generalist role in a fast-paced health tech startup, and the Associate will be expected to complete additional tasks and responsibilities across company operations on an as-needed basis. A successful candidate will be adaptable, hard-working, self-sufficient, and attentive to detail.


Roles and Responsibilities


Sales operations



  • Maintain potential client database and support corporate client outreach

  • Manage contracts and billing processes

  • Support product demos and onboarding processes


Provider operations



  • Support provider referrals and scheduling processes

  • Compile provider documentation and materials

  • Maintain database of potential insurance providers

  • Support insurer onboarding processes

  • Manage insurance billing processes


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred, but not required)

  • Experience in sales, operations preferred

  • Knowledge of health systems preferred

  • Experience working in a start-up or other fast-paced environment also a plus

  • Interest in mental health and commitment to company mission and values

  • Creativity and ability to adapt to an evolving role and increasing level of responsibility in a fast-paced environment
