Responsibilities

• Repairing and servicing factory machines and replacing parts as necessary.


• Performing timely preventive and corrective maintenance on factory machines and equipment.


• Carrying out machine and equipment breakdown analysis and prepare appropriate action plans.


• Maintaining records for the machines i.e., operating hours, service schedule.


• Monitoring and reporting on the daily mechanical fitting activities in the plant.


• Monitoring mechanical condition of equipment


• Planning and coordinating maintenance and projects work in engineering.


• Ensuring smooth and safe operation of process machines and equipment.


• Assisting in general fitting, piping, fabrication, drawings, and welding works


• Ensuring all incidents, accidents/ injuries, emergencies in the department are reported as required.


• Ensuring parameters related to all systems EMS, QMS and OHAS aspects are measured/ monitored according to requirement.


• Ensuring 6K and safety requirements are observed/ implemented and maintained.


• Responsible for implementing preventive maintenance work by Co-operation with the process departments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years


• With relevant experience in Mechanical maintenance in respect to fitting, machining, welding and installation machines and equipment’s.


• Trouble Shooting and repairing with analysis like Various types of Pumps, Gearbox, Piping, Materia logy, Machine and tools, PHE, ID, FD Fan, Various types of Valves, Computer Knowledge and operation, Various types of Seals, Sealant, Lubrication, measurement, alignment, Utility and its distribution like Air Compressor, Chillers, Cooling Tower, RO, ETP, DG, Electrical knowledge, etc
