Graduate Sales Jobs. Retainer 15K + Incentives.

We are looking for four (4) Sales Executives for potential full time position within Kenya (primarily Nairobi)

Position
• Sales Executive

Product
• A range of Financial services products

Job Description:
• Selling
– Selling assigned products against set targets

• Reporting and Communication
Sending daily report of sales
Submitting meeting results end of day to Administrator
Communicating all issues to management
Reporting on competitor activity
Reporting weekly & monthly to management on target vs actual results per responsible sales area

• Client Management
Communicating with all listed clients including
Sales pitching and closing the sale
Finding new business
Routine visits
Scheduled follow-up and reviews
Entertainment
Any other duties as required by Management

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Degree
At least 1 year working in Sales, Administrative and/or Marketing position
Excellent command of Office Applications (especially PowerPoint and presenting)
Professional, assertive and well groomed
Age limit minimum 26 – 35 years

Package:
Between Ksh15,000 per month fixed
Plus monthly sales incentive
Including select allowances

Note:
Position is required urgently and interviewing can happen asap. Candidates have to be available to move
Projects have the potential to operate locally and into the region
It has a lot of exposure to major corporations (including Blue Chip)
An Account Executive will have a maximum number of projects before handover to other members (future)
