Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;
Writing and testing computer programs according to instructions and specifications prepared by Head of ICT.Assisting in the implementation of the computer systems.Providing user support including training users.Performing technical, systems and user documentation tasks.Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
A degree in computer science from a recognized institution.
Must possess qualifications and practical skills in:

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;
Security and Safe custody of stores.Procurement, issuing and rationing of stores.Making recommendations for disposal of unserviceable and/or other stores.Assisting in preparation of bid documentsAssisting in preparation for procurement and tender meetings.Qualifications, Competencies and Experience

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;
Driving a motor vehicle as authorized.Carrying out routine checks on the vehicle for cooling oil, electrical and brake systems, tyre pressure.Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicles systems.Maintenance of work tickets for vehicles assigned.Ensuring security and safety for the vehicle on and off the road.Safety of passengers and/or goods therein.Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle.Qualifications, Competencies and Experience

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;
Answering visitor inquiries about the company, directing visitors to appropriate contacts, sorting mail answering incoming calls, and arranging appointments for clients to meet with company staff.O-level C and above with a good pass in English.Should have a Diploma or certificate in Telephone operations from a reputable institution.Should have at least 3 years experience as a Telephone operator cum receptionist in a busy switchboard/reception.Should have adequate knowledge of Telephone switchboard operations.Must be computer literate.Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili.Should be able to effectively present information to callers regarding general inquiries.Should have a pleasant personality.Public Relations training will be an added advantage.Should be willing to work long hours with minimal or no supervision.Data Clerk (4)

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;
Keep track of received data and source documents.Compares data entered with source documents, or compiles, sorts and verify accuracy of data to be entered.Re enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.Assists in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system.Perform general clerical duties such as typing, answering phones etc.Generate reports and responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested.Assures protection of the systems and data by performing at least one system back up per day.Maintain confidentiality of information.Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
