In MSF Spain Somalia mission we are currently recruiting for the position of a Human Resource Administration Assistant, based in Nairobi with regular field visits to our projects in Somalia.
Main Objective of Position
The HR Admin Assistant is in charge of HR administrative issues for international and national staff working for MSF Spain’s Somalia mission (with staff based in NBO & in Somalia).
S/he assists the HR Coordinator through specific tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Education: Desirable degree in human resources administration, business or administration related studies
Experience: Essential working experience of at least two years in similar jobs Desirable
experience with MSF or other NGOs
Languages: English & Somali essential; Swahili highly desired
