Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Job Ref: JKF/HR/HRA/2011/007

Reporting to the Senior Human Resource Officer the position holder will be responsible for implementation and reviewing of the Foundation’s Human Resource Policies and Procedures

Key responsibilities

Administration of the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions of ServiceCoordination of matters relating to recruitment and selectionOrganization of training and development activitiesAdministration of the payroll systemAdministration of the Staff Medical Scheme and related issuesProvision of counseling services to staff.Ensuring accurate update and maintenance of the HRMISManaging the Central Registry and its related servicesBachelor’s Degree in Social SciencesDiploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantageCertificate in computer proficiencyStrategic Leadership training will be added advantageProven experience in working with HRMIS will be an added advantageAt least 3 years relevant experienceExcellent communication, negotiation, inter-personal relationship, team building, leadership and organizational skills.N.B
