Main Responsibilities

Achieve Domestic Budgeted Target of C Packs at Retail & Direct Sales not impacted by bulk PriceDevelop Distributors to improve numeric distribution for consumer packs in the domestic marketManage & mentor the sales team to stay focused and energized Participate in all strategic & operational development as part of the management teamContribute to the Marketing direction of the organization via experience, opinion, insight and cost versus benefitInfluence all aspects of the operational process to deliver improved customer serviceContribute effectively towards enhancing employee motivation & productivity Long Term strategic thinking for the organizationRequired Experience and Knowledge
Masters Degree in Marketing and/or Strategic ManagementManagerial FMCG Experience – 5 years in a busy environment preferable within an MNCPeople Centric Person & Self MotivatedRevenue Generation AcumenExperience in Profit Centre Management & Strategic Business UnitsAll of the above Thorough knowledge of the demographics & cultural sensitivities of the marketLanguage proficiency especially in English and Kiswahili.
