General Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager will be responsible for the growth and development of the Company and will be charged with the following accountabilities:-
Develop and recommend for approval Business Development proposals, plans, budgets, guidelines and ensure effective and efficient implementation of the agreed decisionsSet up the business cycle and ensure operations are executed in accordance with the approved policies and proceduresEstablish and implement internal monitoring and control systems, processes and procedures of the CompanyPlan, coordinate and control daily operations of the CompanyReview operations results of the Company against established objectives and targets and take remedial action on unsatisfactory resultsA B.Com Degree or a related Business Administration degreeFull ACII qualificationsAt least 10 years experience in the insurance sector, four of which should be at management levelProven track record of business development in the insurance sector dealing with General and Life insurance businessPossess strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsProven experience in establishing and motivating an efficient teamSelf driven individual with impeccable integrityIf you are interested, please send your CV to recruit@virtualhr.co.ke by 12th August 2011.
