Our client, a leading supplier for hospitality products including cutlery, branded toiletries and fine bedding is looking for a Marketing Assistant.
The ideal candidate should have outstanding marketing experience preferably in a hospitality related industry.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain adequate knowledge on all company productsPrepare and send out targeted E-shots.Creating a new mailing list of all clients and potential customers, maintaining and updating the sameCommunicating website updates/changes as the need arisesMaintain database of what our clients require/do not requireAccurately maintain and update client databaseCollate relevant market information from websites/magazines/email Market intelligence – researching competitor information/identify changes in the market/new product requests/trendsOrganizing events – e.g exhibitions and customer appreciation eventsAdvertisingPublic Relations – Creating articles about products which will be used as editorial material in print mediaPhotography of products/events to be publisizedPromotions- Planning and executionCo-ordinate production of the above line material – brochures, catalogues, giveaways, gifts, calendars and diariesOutstanding e-marketing and product promotion skills.At least 2 years marketing experience preferably in the hospitality industry.Diploma/ Degree in Marketing from a reputable institutionSelf driven personality with demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision.To apply, send your CV ONLY to recruit@flexi-personnel.com by Friday 26th August 2011.
