In line with the College’s vision to become a leading regional University by the year 2013, we are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Registrar Academics.

Key Responsibilities

Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:

Overseeing admissions, registrations, orientation, career guidance Implement admissions proceduresOversee keeping of students recordsEvaluate and facilitate credit transfersEnsure specialization is observed in course allocationEnsure all course work is covered and completed and other course requirements are metMake recommendations on technological improvementsEnsure that all students registered equally graduateSupervise the coordination, evaluation and certification of all graduation applications, while overseeing the complete graduation process to include all elements of the rehearsal and the ceremonyOversee daily class learning across all the departmentsClear all outgoing students and update records accordinglyQualifications, Skills and Experience
A minimum of a Maters degree in education with a bias in planning, administration or any other relevant area from a recognized university;A bachelors degree in education from a recognized university;A strategic leader with a minimum of 6 months in a similar position;A good understanding of the national policies and international trends in Education.Ability to see opportunities; dynamic; has drive; energy and enthusiasm;A strong team player Applications including an updated CV, details of the current/last salary and benefits, names of three referees, their email addresses and telephone numbers, copies of academic and professional certificates and testimonials to reach the undersigned not later than 14th November 2011.
