Main Responsibilities

Adheres to company supplier payment policies /cyclesReconciles Accounts payable on a monthly basisPrompts resolution of and disposal of reconciling items within one monthPrepares Accounts Payables schedules and other balance sheet schedules for internal, interim and annual audits and timely resolution of any issues raised from internal review or audit.Require Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a large payable sectionAt least a CPA finalist with excellent academic record Understanding and use of a well run purchasing and Accounts payable process.Working knowledge of an ERP system is a mustUnderstanding of the domestic withholding tax regulations Ability to relate well with both internal and external customers Highly innovative, with excellent analytical skills and ability to meet strict deadlinesHigh integrity and excellent attention to detailsPossesses people skills and superior presentation abilities is a major requirementProactive and self motivated with excellent communication skillsConfident and flexible team player with great ability to work closely with non finance team Members within a multicultural work environmentTo apply for this position send your CV to mycv@myjobseye.com quoting the position in the subject line.
