As a Measurement Science (Msci) leader, this person develops strategy and specific objectives to implement the MSci regional client engagement approach and enables delivery on client commitments to ensure services are delivered within budget.
Job Summary:
*
Acts as business partner to Product Leadership, regional Presidents, Sub-regional and other senior leaders and collaborates with them to provide solutions to complex client issues related to MSci related methodology and execution
*
Ensures MSci services are delivered to the highest quality standards
*
Provides expert technical consultation with internal and external clients and solves complex MSci-related issues
*
Drives the roll out of new or enhanced services providing an integrated statistical vision
*
Provides service specifications to the Centre of Excellence (COE) teams and collaborate with COEs on methodologies to ensure client requirements are met
*
Participates in regional / global Request for Proposals (RFPs)
*
Acts as MSci contact and liaison for all MSci related methodology and execution to senior regional leadership
*
Represents the company with academic and industry contacts and councils
*
Identifies and develops top talent and leads the regional MSci teams to deliver and execute on agreed MSci objectives
*
Bachelors degree in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, mathematics, operations management or a related field
*
10+ years cross-function experience
*
Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills
*
Strong relationship-building skills and results orientation
*
Strong statistical and logical skills with the knowledge of Microsoft Access database, SPSS/ SAS
*
Attentive to details with exceptional aptitude for data analysis
*
Proven ability to work cross-functionally to energize, empower and influence at all levels (both internal and external), and to set and meet goals/timelines
*
Ability to listen and quickly distill a situation and recommend a course of action to drive on-time, on-budget delivery of program deliverables
*
Proven experience in the principles around financial cost drivers and implications to project execution
