Creative Associates International Senior Associate Job in Nairobi Kenya

Creative Associates International, Inc, a Washington, D.C. based international development firm, is recruiting for the position of Senior Associate to represent the organization in its East Africa Regional Office located in Nairobi, Kenya and manage an education program in Southern Sudan.

Responsibilities

Monitor the organization’s present and potential activities throughout the East and Southern Africa region;Represent the organization to existing and potential donors and funders;Liaise with international donors, especially with USAID, and develop new opportunities in the region;Supervise all staff in the East Africa Regional Office;Serve as Project Director for HEAR Sudan Project and other projects in the region when necessary;Serve as corporate liaison for education related programs in Southern Sudan and throughout the regionWorking knowledge of Creative and its operations;Prior experience with international funding institutions and agencies;At least 15 years national and international experience managing and implementing international aid programs;Master’s degree in education, international development, and/ or related field.
