Medecins Sans Frontieres – Switzerland (MSFCH) is a humanitarian medical organization providing emergency medical aid to populations in need. MSFCH is seeking candidates for the post of Deputy Medical Coordinator to support its humanitarian operations in South Sudan.
Location: Juba, South Sudan with regular field visits to the projects.
Type of contract: 1 year. Direct Supervisor: Medical CoordinatorDo exploratory mission / situation assessment / project formulationKnow and apply rapid assessment tools and procedures (e. g. population count, etc.)Do project implementation, follow-up and monitoring, field visits and field workIn collaboration with the field team challenge / adapt medical operational priorities and strategies through the annual plan of action and logical frameworkMonitor the program through data analysis and field visit, give feedback to the team and exchange medical informationReport data and data analysis to the Medical Coordinator through regular reports.
