Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for construction projects;
2. Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contract and quality control provisions;
3. Perform cost estimating and value engineering; oversee all aspects of day-to-daymanagement of construction projects;
4. Monitor and coordinate work performed by field staff and construction firms; ensuring that project operations are in compliance with design specifications and with state policies and regulations, established performance and delivery criteria, and ensuring thatclient requirements are being met;
5. Research and prepare reports pertaining to operations, equipment, policies and procedures, and/or other issues.
Candidate Profile:·
Should be Graduate- BE/ B. Tech & Diploma ( 3 year regular) in Civil.·
Should have mini.7 yrs in a construction, design, finance, architect and management environment. ·
Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance; and must have complete knowledge of design/build/construction. ·
Thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry practice, process, standards and their impact on project activities. Apply Now
