Senior Software Engineer Job in Kenya

Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting for Senior Software Engineer for one of its clients in the ICT industry. The role will involve building innovative software tools that will support the company’s vision and mission and will be responsible for the following:Adopt the VC architectural framework to develop new solutionsArchitecture, designing, implementation and debuggingDatabase design and optimizationRequirements analysis and user interface designBug-fixing and issue resolution of systems deployed on client sitesDevelop software scripts and code as per company standardsMap software logic to project technical specificationsApply best of breeds standards in development, application, storage and recording of software codeComply with technical testing procedures as per the VC way.Comply with Unit testing on all projectsComply with Integration testingDevelop project modules as per set timelinesStrictly adhere to project plansEscalate to production lead all issues that have impact on project deliverablesThe successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:3 years experience developing custom-built softwareBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplineProblem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work with a teamAbility to be adaptable and flexibleGood communication skillsSpecialist knowledge required:

o Legacy Systems Senior Software Engineer: C#, C++, Java, Asp.net, SQL, system architecture, application architecture
o Mobile Developer: Required - Java, C#, Asp.net, SQL
o PDA Developer: Required - C#, Java, Asp.net, SQL
