The job reports to the General Manager
 Meeting the Production Customer demands by ensuring high yields in agricultural produce by maintaining good agronomic practices within farms to achieve company production targets while observing local and International standards and policies.Ensuring crop production planning and targets are achieved as per business planDesigning and implementing Farm policies, processes and procedures while maximizing on leveraged resourcesMeeting the Production Quality standards and guidelinesEnsuring policies that provide a safe and conducive working environment for all employees, clients and visitorsCoaching & Mentoring, training, motivating and evaluating staff to achieve highest levels of performanceIdentifying, implementing and benchmarking best practices in Farm and Crop managementCoordinating and Farm reporting and communication requirementsEnsuring immediate security of assets and personnel allocatedAgriculture & Crop Strategy formulation & Implementation,Farm Management,Project Management,People Management,Negotiation Skills,Analytical Skills,Integrity,Community relationsDegree in Agriculture with 2 years’ experience or Diploma in agriculture with 5 years relevant experience. Applicant with related and relevant qualifications shall be considered on merit.Send application & CV to the following address: talentsearch@bpc.co.ke on or before 11th December, 2012.
