PRASOL is looking for in the following areas: Organizational Development Project Development/Management Project Proposal writing and reviews Project Report Writing and reviews Desk Studies Baseline Surveys Project Evaluation, reviews Impact Assessments, Environmental, Social Impact AssessmentsDegree in development studies, management, social sciences/community development/project management or related field. 3 – 5 years’ experience in project management, organizational development, project reviews, evaluation, baseline surveys, report writing, proposal writing etc. Strong analytical, planning, organizational skills. Must be a self-motivated and reliable person who can work with minimal supervision. Proficient in basic computer packages Good communication/presentation and interpersonal skillsExcellent writing skills Fluency in English (verbal and written).Ability to work well in a team.
