Nature and Scope of Work
This position directly reports to the Director, Legal and Human Resources. The jobholder is responsible for the development and management of human resources at the corporate office and regional offices.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and manages the training and development program for the Group in order to raise competency, efficiency and standards of performance.Development of HR strategies and solutions to improve business performanceDevelop and implement effective retention plans for key resourcesCoach the team to deliver exceptional performanceBenchmark internal HR processes and develop initiatives to ensure that world leading practice is reflected within the organisationEnsure that human resources and procedures are deployed within the corporate office and the regional offices. The jobholder be the principal assistant to the human resources manager and will be responsible for the planning, directing and coordinating human resource management activities for the branch operations staff and financial advisors.
