Graduate/Post Graudate with MBA In HR/Marketing/Operations or any subject with interest to become a business partner and also employee of Humancapital Employment Center.
Should have experience or Interest in HR, Training, Recruitment, Staffing, Distance Education, Assessment and Certification Services.
Should have Good Presentation and Communication Skills
should able to speak Good English,and local language
Should have ability to setup Humancapital Employment Center as per specification
Should have ability to work with less or no supervision
Should able to manage the branch with support from Central teams at your location
Should able to network with local employers, employees, and govt agencies
