Personal Assistant Job Responsibilities
Handling all the numerous phone calls for the Directors
Replying to all the correspondence that comes and on time
Fixing all the appointments the Director has to attend throughout the day and making sure that he attends them
Briefing the Director on the agenda before every meeting
Collecting all the reports on behalf of the management
Coordinating for the Director with the other departments
Having a daily schedule prepared for the Director before they arrive in office
Assisting the Director during meetings
Attending the meeting if the Director is absent
Running personal errands for the Director if required
Qualifications For Personal Assistant Jobs In Kenya
Degree/diploma in Business related field
5 years experience
Administration skills
Presentation and good communication skills
