The Kenya School of Law is a Postgraduate Training Institution run under the auspices of the Kenya School of Law Act No. 26 of 2012 of the Laws of Kenya.
The core mandate of the School is inter alia ttrain for legal professional development and in particular to train lawyers for entry into the legal professional as Advocates of the High Court of Kenya. The core function of the School as currently constituted includes provision of the following functions:-
Advocates Training Programme & Par-legal Studies
Continuing Professional Development, Projects & Legal Research
In order to effectively meet these expanded functions the School wishes to recruit full timehigh calibre personnel who will join the existing strong team of staff to help it realize its vision of being “A preferred centre of Excellence in professional legal training in the East African Region and beyond”
Specifically we seek to recruit:-
Internal Audit Officer (Systems) Job Overall Purpose
Reporting to the Internal Auditor the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the audit function in the audit of systems including computerized systems and in reviewing adherence to management policies and procedures.
Qualifications for Internal Audit Officer Kenyan Jobs
The successful candidate will:
Possess a Bachelors of Commerce(Accounting) CPA II CISA
Have at least 4years working experience of whichat least 2years should bein performing Information Systems Audits.
Detailed knowledge of information systems governance, information security principles and practices.
Outstanding analytical skills.
Demonstrate understanding of the audit process, controls and procedures.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary: KES 57,500 x 2,875 to 60,375 x 2,875 to 63,250 x 2,875 to 66,125 x 2,875 to 69,000 x 2,875 to
71,875 x 2,875 to 74,750 x 2,875 to 77,625 x 2,875 to80,500 x 2,875 to 83,375 per month
House Allowance: 24,000
Commuter Allowance:
8,000
