HR Officer Job in Kenya

A Ranch in Laikipia County that also

has a Hotel is Urgently Looking for an HR

Officer to handle among other duties

the following:

• Prepare Off/Leave  Rosters and manage
  
  Sick leaves for staff


• Implement and oversee Health and Safety policy


• Draft company policies and procedure document


• Handle all staff issues ranging from
  
  disciplinary, grievances, recruitment, induction etc


• Previous experience dealing with Trade unions
  
  a plus



• A thorough knowledge of Labour Laws, WIBA,
  
  Industrial Relations etc is desired 

The ideal candidate should have

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in HR/Degree
  
  alongside IHRM membership


• At least 3 Yrs experience especially in a busy
  
  but remote area(camps / flower farms preferred)


• Mature individual 28-40 Yrs preferred


• Able to report immediately.


• Confident,composed and diplomatic
