Job Title: Territory Sales Representatives
Responsibilities
- Servicing existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules and route plans of the Bike Supervisor to call on existing or potential sales outlets
- Ensures that the company’s products gain the visibility and that the distribution is well managed
- Submits orders and ensures proper reconciliations of stocks is done
- Keeps Management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly and monthly reports
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
- Motivates, develops and trains the Bike Supervisors in order to achieve higher sales volumes.
- New business development
- Ensure debt control and collection
- Supporting Marketing and promotion activities by the management to assist push sales.
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- At least 3 years’ experience in an FMCG
- A valid driver’s license is a must
- Good communication skills
- A team player, self motivated, proactive, organized and have the ability to multitask with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Computer skills necessary
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and relationship management skills
