Salary Range: Kshs.100,000 – 150,000
 

Our client an international health care service provider is looking to hire a Male Optometrist for its Kenyan Office.

 The candidate should be able to interpret and analyze correctly, results from the tests carried out.
 

 

Job Description:

• To examine eyes, using observation & instruments to determine visual acuity and perception.


• Resolving screening issues, knowledge of fundas camera and clinical experience


• Taking fundas images of the patient during the screening camp


• Responsible for keeping work commitments in a timely manner.


• Travelling in and around Kenya

Desired key skills:

• Optometrist should know how to operate the fundas camera and clinical experience to read the images for Diabetic retinopathy.


• Be able to test and analyze the results.


• Diploma / Degree in optometry from a recognized institution


• 1- 2 years of experience in the field


• Fluent communication skills.


• Good presentation skills.
