Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for further partnerships with clients and organizations
- New client generation: building and maintaining a portfolio of accounts and long term relationships.
- Sending customers product quotes
- Follow up on the sent quotes
- Placing and processing of customer orders
- Ensure customer goods are delivered on time.
- Follow up on payments on a monthly basis
- Receiving and resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Strong selling and negotiating skills to deal with different kinds of customers
- Excellent communication, writing and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision
- Highly innovative and proactive
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Should be able to handle varied tasks, plan the day
- Able to meet targets along with working under pressure
- To ensure customer satisfaction
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Must be presentable
- 2 year experience minimum in sales and administration (preferably in electronic utility sector)
