Endmor

Steel Millers Company Limited is a leading steel products manufacturer and is

looking for motivated and result oriented candidates to fill the positions

below at the new plant in Mlolongo.

 

The

person will be responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment and

Selection, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Grievance Handling,

staff Attendance, General Administrative matters and should be well conversant

with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to human

resource including prevalent labour laws.

Qualifications and Skills

• Desired
  
  Must have a degree or a higher diploma in Human Resource Management


• Must
  
  have proficient knowledge in human resource management, Training and
  
  performance reviews.


• Must
  
  have computer skills including the ability to operate spread sheets and
  
  word processing programs at a highly efficient level.


• Effective
  
  written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports,
  
  proposals, policies and procedures


• Good
  
  interpersonal skills and analytical skills


• Must
  
  be above 40 years. (Experience in the steel industry will be an added
  
  advantage.)

This

is a highly responsible, managerial, administrative, and technical

position. 

The

person will be responsible for development and administration of all

procurement and materials management functions including Inventory control

methods and procedures, Issue of materials to the
Departments and optimum ordering quantity.

Qualifications and Skills

  Must have a degree or a higher diploma in purchasing/ procurement or
  
  Inventory Management.


• Must
  
  have computer skills including the ability to operate spread sheets and
  
  word processing programs at a highly efficient level.


• Effective
  
  written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports,
  
  proposals, policies and procedures


• Good
  
  interpersonal skills and analytical skills


• Experience
  
  in the steel industry will be an added advantage.

Responsible

for ensuring that operations conform to plans, are carried out safely,

efficiently and economically with respect to company policies. 

They

will manage manpower and ensure targets are met. 

Applicants

must have worked at labor intensive plants with a minimum of 5 years’

experience. 

Experience

in a steel plant will be an added advantage
