A rapidly expanding logistics Company based in Mombasa is looking for Warehouse / Production Factory Supervisors and Warehouse Clerks.

Warehouse / Production Supervisors
2 Positions

Responsibilities

* Ensuring customer care service levels are achieved in line with individual client service level agreements and company regulations while maintaining proper communication with them.
* Set and maintain good manufacturing procedures in factory and warehouses including planning and control of production processes and warehouse utilization and conduct continuous inventory management
* To provide supervisory leadership in the warehouse, support to the operations manager in compiling and maintaining monthly and weekly statistics and performance indicators for timely delivery
* Coordination of transport for all cargo to be carried by the company and its sub-contractors from the point of collection up to delivery in conjunction with the operations manager
* Ensure compliance with food, health, occupational and Environmental Safety standards throughout the companies
* You will be required to be a businessman, examining pricing, profit margins, customer knowledge, customer satisfaction and monitor employees performance offering pro-active planning and constant liaison with our clients.
* We expect you to be a strategic thinker with the imagination and foresight to conceptualize new ideas and opportunities

Qualifications:

* Must be computer literate
* A university Graduate or an Advanced Diploma in Warehousing and distribution or supply chain Management
* At least 5 years experience in operations management in a warehouse or production environment or supply chain or logistics.

Operations Clerks
3 Positions

To assist the production and warehouse supervisor in managing the receipt, delivery and storage production of all goods and equipment in the plant as well as managing the labour force in the warehouse

Principal accountabilities

* Documentation and record keeping
* Housekeeping
* Daily stock count
* Safety induction and monitoring

Qualifications and experience;

* Computer literate to Diploma level
* College Diploma from Bandari College or higher Institution
* Experience in the production and manufacturing operational and mechanical Industry
* Good communication skills both oral and written
