We are currently undergoing rapid expansion and as a result we require a Marketing Executive who will develop and co-ordinate the marketing functions of the company.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing Marketing plans and managing A and P activities and budgets in liaison with our International brand partners.Monitoring marketing efforts.Initiating and implementing merchandising programmes.Developing and conducting trade and consumer promotions.Monitoring competitor activities and responding appropriately.Providing monthly reporting on a timely basis to management of the company and also to our International brand partners.We will hire the Best of the Best Marketing Executive in the next 7 days.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector. Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in the confectionery category.Knowledge and experience with Key Accounts Management is essential for this position.Exceptional organizational skills; able to multi-task, prioritize and balance competing & changing priorities.Problem solver; quick on your toes and able to apply your resources to find creative solutions.Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsProficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InternetDemonstrated Team Player.The ideal candidate will be based in Nairobi.For consideration please attach your Resume and Cover letter and email it to hrkenya2011@gmail.com
