To develop an operational team & spirit to compliment the culture and spirit of the organisation.
To co-ordinate & help in the finalisation and approval of production plan in coordination with
sales, commercial, purchase, stores and inventory control departments.
To assist in monitoring the execution of production plan as per targets, time schedule and costs.
Coordinating to the end production operations from planning to monitoring on-site activities
Process layout Design/ modification in the existing layout to optimise the flow of process
Monitoring development with respect to cost, optimum resource utilisation, time over-runs and
quality compliance; evaluating production progress & taking adequate corrective actions.
Co-ordinating overall stores and inventory function from receiving of materials, issues, inventory
control, inventory valuation, MIS reports, reconciliation, bill passing and raising of indents for
procurement.
Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall
reliability and safety of plant equipment and machinery.
Candidate Profile:
B.Tech - Chemical Engineering, Plant Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Must be a MBA with specialization pertaining to Business or General Management.
An accomplished and result oriented professional with minimum 8 years of versatile experience and
full responsibility for operations of edible oils/Pharma/Cosmetics industries as senior managerial
position with comprehensive business & technical knowledge.
In current position the candidate must have about 20 reportees.
Compensation:
US$2500 - $3500 Net Savings pm (Approx) + $500 Local maintenance+Other Benefits
