A company in Kenya is looking to hire a driver. Apply for driver jobs vacancy in Kenya.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful driver job candidate will be responsible for:
Delivering of supplies to our customers within Nairobi and its out-skirts
Maintenance of the assigned vehicle and updating of vehicle particulars.

Maintaining the car logbook.
Collecting / picking our orders from suppliers.
Collecting company cheques and quotations from customers, as well as collect goods from suppliers as well as ensure customers receive original receipts for all payments.
Daily post office operations.
Delivery of customer goods to designated courier stations (G4S, Wells Fargo and Public service vehicle terminus), and ensure customers are informed of the dispatch waybill.
Offloading goods from our delivery van and from suppliers’ delivery van into the stores.
Any other duties assigned to them from time to time.

Must possess at least secondary school certification.
Aged between 21-35 years.
At least 4 years experience in a similar driver position with a reputable organization in Kenya.
Good command of both English and Kiswahili (written and spoken).
Must have excellent driving skills and knowledge on care and maintenance of vehicles. Basic training in vehicle mechanics will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of road networks in Nairobi and its neighboring towns.
Must have a clean and valid driving license.
Possession of a certificate of Good conduct is a must.
