Business development for the BranchAttending to customer needs and queries on daily basisOverall supervision of Branch OperationsEnsure proper internal controlsMobilization of DepositsBudget planningA degree from a recognized UniversityOver Ten (10) years working experience in the Operations of the BankKnowledge of Credit/Foreign Exchange is essentialExcellent communication, analytical and marketing skillsMust be computer literatePerson with initiative, drive & result orientedManager - Risk & Compliance
Reporting to the Board Risk & Compliance Committee, the position’s key responsibilities include:
Identify and evaluate the various risks facing the BankControl and monitor all measures taken to mitigate the various risksIdentify and keep an inventory of all essential laws and regulations pertinent to running of the BankLiaise with relevant external bodies and regulators on compliance mattersMonitor the bank’s compliance with Banking laws & regulations, policies and procedures of the BankUpdate the Bank’s risk and compliance policies every yearDegree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from a recognized UniversityDiploma in Risk Management will be an added advantageShould have experience of five (5) years working in Risk Management Department in a BankMust be computer literateExcellent communication and analytical skillsIf you meet the above requirements, submit your application along with a detailed C.V to reach us before 31st August, 2011.
