Background: The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries, State Department of Agriculture, is rolling out the Kenya Cereals Enhancement Programme (KCEP) whose objective is to contribute to National Food Security.

The Procurement Officer will report to the Finance and Administrative Manager
(a) Procuring of prog ramme works, goods and services at the central level and assist/supervise decentralised procurement as appropriate;

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer - Procurement, the successful candidate will ensure timely, efficient and transparent procurement and timely delivery of high quality goods and services. The successful candidate will;
