Applicants must have the following qualifications:-
Develop tools and databases to collect and manage programmatic data.Manage the M&E systems that measure the effectiveness of program activities.Prepare work plans and quarterly reports.Prepare reports and presentations for submission to funding agency and sharing with stakeholders.Track progress against program descriptions.Prepare Evaluations for the training Program.Analyze training data.2. Program Accountant
AD/8/363/11 - (CHS)
Applicants must be holders of the following qualifications:-
Knowledge in US government regulations for funded projects.Prior training in Grants Management will be an added advantage.A relevant first degree is an added advantage.Reporting to the Program Manager, the successful candidate will be based in Nairobi and responsible for administration of the financial aspects of the program, participate in budget preparation and implementation as well as providing accounting information for sound management decision making.
He/she will:-
1. Applicants for academic posts (AC) should forward ten (10) copies of their application letters accompanied by similar number of certified copies of certificates and C.Vs giving details of their qualifications, experience, research activities and publications they appear in.
Applicants for non-academic posts (AD) should submit seven (7) of the above supporting documents and applications letter.
2. In both cases, applications and related documents should be forwarded through the applicants' heads of departments and applicants should state their current designations and salaries and other benefits attached to those designations.
