Job location: Nairobi

Our client is starting up a new mineral water bottling business and is looking for serious and fearless Sales & Marketing supervisor to strike into the flooded market and actualize the rollout of the new brand as per the company vision.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth to achieve company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the sales strategyResponsible for the performance and development of the sales team.Prepares action plans for effective sales leads and prospects.Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.Coordinate sales teams to ensure business targets are achieved. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have prior Sales and Marketing experience in a mineral water bottling company ready for a challenging supervision and management responsibility.

Sales and Marketing Diploma/Certificate or 10 years in the water bottling field sales.

At least (3) years sales experience in a mineral water related company.

Proven leadership and ability to start up and drive sales teams.
