The Consultancy only offers short-term assignments lasting between 1-3 weeks Facilitation Skills under consideration include the following:
Change ManagementOrganizational Development AssessmentProject Design, Implementation and ManagementStaff Capacity Assessment and DevelopmentStrategic Planning and ManagementTeam BuildingCoordination SkillsCreative Problem Solving and Decision MakingLeadership and DelegationManagement and Supervisory SkillsPractical Management SkillsTime ManagementThe consultant’s should be competent in:

Qualifications:
