Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager for one of its candidates in the construction industry
The Supply Chain Manager will be reporting to the head of finance and will undertake full responsibility for leading the supply chain department and will be in charge of all procurement logistics and equipment maintenance functions of the company.
In order to be considered for this role, you must demonstrate experience in managing and developing key supplier relationships, have hands-on experience in procurement and logistics, formulation and implementation of procurement procedures, development and management of strategies and have strong team leadership capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Business or any other relevant coursePost graduate course in procurement/supplier/logisticsDiploma in project management will be an added advantageMS Office proficiency especially in working with ERP's preferably Pastel EvolutionExperience in FMCG or busy commercial and demanding environment.Must be registered with CIPs,KISM or a similar bodyRelevant experience in managing a supply chain/planning teamHighly analytical with attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAn ability to manage people at all levelsExperience of managing suppliers and service providers in different fieldsAbility to deliver under pressure and under minimum supervisionHigh integrity and strong ethical valuesPlease apply with CV and cover letter, indicating your current and expected remuneration to recruitment@dpckenya.com by 2nd of September 2011.
