Managing Imports  and Exports operations
Liaise with suppliers to follow - up for documents relevant for clearing and forwarding.
Planning and coordination, clearing and forwarding agents to ensure timely clearance and cost effective transport solution
Lodge the claims and follow - up for the timely settlement
Dealing with air/shipping lines and freight forwarders to negotiate for the best rate.
Stores management activities and stock taking
To keep up to date records and stock taking

He/she will be in charge of all the company’s financial matters.
Will head the Accounts department.
Will be required to prepare Monthly financial   reports.

Requirements

CPA (K)Not less than 5 years good accounting experience.Must have the ability to create an outstanding working environment while influencing a team to perform well.Being strong in making sound managerial   decisions is an added advantage.He/she will be the face of the Accounts department and answerable to the Director.Must be keen and sound in financial calculations.Salary is negotiable.
