For General Manager: Should have worked as General Manager,GM,DGM with at least a mid sized Plastic manufacturing company.
Preferably from Plastic industry of Manufacturing PVC Pipes,fittings.
Leadership in heading the function Quality, HSE, Maintenance, Planning.
