The position is based in Nairobi and reports to the Personal Assistant to Country Director.
Purpose of the Job
To identify and catalogue AMREF’s archival information, both in hard and soft copy; and to ensure their maintenance, control, use, security, storage, access and timely availability.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have a Higher National Diploma in Records Management or its equivalent. A first degree is desirable. At least three (3) years relevant work experience in a busy organization. Excellent ICT skills.
Good experience and knowledge of Records Management and Archiving.
In addition the ideal candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, be a team player and ability to work with minimal supervision.This is a challenging opportunity for a dedicated and highly motivated professional.
