Our client an international manufacturing firm in the packaging industry is looking for a qualified Business Head candidate in sales and marketing.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of planning and carrying out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of the company in accordance with agreed business plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieving stiff sales and margin targets within the East African region including Malawi and Ethiopia.Long term growth in sales and Margin Enhancing customer and distributor engagement through on-going value addition programs and relationship managementEstablishing new distribution channelsWorking capital management inventory and collections.Managing sales teams and distributorsOver 10 years sales experience in East AfricaExperience with direct sales to manufacturing customers is a must.Distributor sales management experienceEffectively managing sales teams for a minimum of four years.Graduate preferably an engineer with an MBA or relevant business training To apply, send your CV only to recruit@flexi-personnel.com before Monday 20th Feb 2012.
