Responsibilities:
The incumbent will educate, promote and sell our products and services to our target market.Coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for Grand I.T Solutions.Conduct customer & market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Create, maintain and update a database of existing and potential clientsDetermine clients’ business requirements and advising them on appropriate solutionsIdentifying sales opportunities and setting up sales meetingsMeeting clients and making presentations on products on sale.Answering any technical questions about our productsDevelop and generate new business opportunities and acquisition of new project bidsSupport management in evaluating new business opportunities by providing marketing analysis Diploma in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.Excellent customer service, oral communication and interpersonal skills are required.Excellent technical knowledge and a keen interest in IT and business issuesComputer literacy in MS Office and email required, including internet proficiency.Excellent selling and presentation skills, Time management and organizational skillsSkills in developing and marketing strategies and conducting customer & marketing research.Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented mannerNaturally persuasive, able to network and cold-callHigh level of professionalism and work ethics.Helpful, willing and friendly attitude and strong problem- solving skills.Passionate, self-motivated, resilient & innovativeLocation: The position is based in KisumuSend your CVs to info@grandit.co.ke 3rd August 2012
