Our client is seeking to recruit a Business Line Manager- HR Services who will be responsible fordeveloping and supporting a unique recruitment services business unit.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years sales experience in the services sector, an undergraduate degree and a demonstrated understanding of the Human Resource industry and Labour Laws in Kenya. Candidates with people management experience will have an added advantage.
Three years of sales experience preferably in the service industryAn undergraduate degree preferably in a business related fieldUnderstanding of the Human Resource industry and Labour Laws in KenyaCandidates with people management experience will have an added advantageOperations Management: Client’s serviced according to Service Level Agreements.Branch and team managementManage legal and financial risk through statutory and legislative compliance adherenceManage the team’s internal procedural and company policy compliance through conducting regular branch audits ensuring optimal client service and risk eliminationBusiness development through organized and coordinated sales activityClient contracts/ pricing: Manage financial viable or compliant SLA’s for clientsEffective reporting: Track trends, forecasts and strategy plansBuild and maintain client and associates relationships as a combined and operations team and effective inter-departmental procedural work flow participation thereby contributing towards quality service delivery.Management of collectionsUndertake business development activities from lead generation to deals closure in line with set targetsManage key accounts to maintain and grow market share with new and existing clientsManage and monitor the performance of staff at unit levelOversee back office operations at unit levelManage and monitor the unit’s financial performanceGood communication skillsAttention to detailSelf motivated; high level of energyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesSupervisory experience, preferably of a team of at least three peopleStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsOperating knowledge of financial managementPlease note that only qualified candidates will be contacted.
